While using email automation, the email section gives you option to select email sending option which lets you select the email account from which you want to send emails to the customer. The first option available is to send email  from your Gmail account and the other option is to send emails from the account that you have configured using SMTP settings.



If Gmail Personal Or GSuite is selected:


If Gmail personal or Gsuite is selected, one can add the gmail account by going to the "+ Add Account". If Gmail account is already added one can simply select the added account from the drop down. For more information on how to add Gmail account click here.


If SMTP Server is selected:


If SMTP server is selected it gives you an option to select the account which is configured from dropdown. If no account is being configured go to workspace to configure it. For more information on how to configure SMTP server click here.
