Creating a new Synchronization

To create a new Synchronization, click on the "New Sync" button as highlighted below



This opens the Sync Wizard in a new popup window that will guide you through the configuration steps.


Step 1:

The first step involves selecting the Campaign Monitor List that you would like to sync with Fusionmint



Select the appropriate Campaign Monitor List and click on Next button to move on to the next step.



Step 2:

The second step involves selecting the Fusionmint application with which the Campaign Monitor List will be synchronized. 



Select the appropriate Fusionmint application and click on Next button to move on to the next step.



Step 3:

The third and last step involves mapping the Campaign Monitor Subscriber fields in selected List with the Fusionmint application fields. 



In this mapping table, "Name" and "EmailAddress" field in Campaign Monitor Subscriber field are mandatory and should be mapped with appropriate Fusionmint application fields. Other fields are optional and can be used as per your needs.



Supported Fields For Synchronization

We support following Campaign Monitor subscriber fields for mapping:


  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Text
  • Date
  • Number


Support for other Subscriber fields is currently not available and planned for future releases. Please contact support in case you need any details on this.



Synchronization Results

Once the mapping above is complete, you will see the Companies, Contacts in Fusionmint application, synched with your target Campaign Monitor List as shown below
