The Calendar shows all the created events, events invite and the tasks assigned to you, but the events and the tasks cannot be seen in the calendar unless the corresponding check boxes of the events and the tasks are unchecked. To view the events check mark the Events checkbox and to view the Tasks check mark the tasks checkbox, both of them can be checked together as well. The behavior and the actions that can be performed on the events and the tasks are described below:


Created Events :


1. The events created by the account holder are visible in blue color.

2. The events created by the account holder are editable.

3. The created events can be seen in all the 3 view i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly.



Events Invite :


1. The events invite is visible in orange color.

2. The events invite are non editable and can only be viewed.

3. The created events can be seen in all the 3 view i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly.



Assigned Tasks :


1. The assigned tasks are visible in red color.

2. The detail of the tasks cannot be viewed just the name of the task is visible.

3. The created events can be seen in all the 3 view i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

4. The tasks in case of weekly view of the events can be seen at the Top and in monthly view can be seen as per duration of the tasks i.e. across the dates.

All day :


The Events which are marked as "All Day" (option available at the time of event creation) can be viewed at the top, in case of daily and weekly view of the events.
